About Us

The Office of the Senior Deputy Administrator for Business and Investment [OSDABI] oversees the operations of the Business and Investment Group of the SBMA and leads in promoting the Subic Bay Freeport's strategic strengths to create an investment site that enhances the competitiveness of its locators.

The OSDABI commits to provide the desired service to SBFZ investors, locators, residents, and the general public, and to foster the right business climate in the SBF through sound business policies, rules and regulations.

• Accelerate inward investments and exports
• Generate taxes for national and local government
• Increase employment opportunities through labor-intensive investments
• Generate revenue for SBMA Operations

OUR FUNCTIONS

• To ensure the efficient operations of all the departments under the Business and Investment Group
• To ensure a balanced business development in the SBF , i.e. growth not at the expense of the environment
• To create the right business climate through a periodic review of the policies, rules and regulations affecting the conduct of business and investments inside the SBF
• To adopt a pro-active, focused and market-driven promotions strategy for the SBF
• To ensure delivery of the desired customer service
