SUBIC BAY VISITOR
Rear Admiral Robert T. Clark, vice commander of the US Navy’s Seventh Fleet, gets a warm welcome to the Subic Bay Freeport from Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Chairman and Administrator Wilma T. Eisma during the former’s courtesy call at the former US military facility on Tuesday, Feb. 22. During his visit, Clark gave Eisma a US Navy Challenge Coin as a sign of friendship between the SBMA and his command. The US Navy’s Seventh Fleet, which is based in Yokosuka, Japan, is the largest forward-deployed American fleet.
