Minimum requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job; and
 Career Service Professional

Additional requirements:
 At least four (4) hours of relevant training;
 Knowledge in basic investigation; and
 Basic knowledge of CCTV operations.

Documentary requirements:
1. Application Letter addressed to Mr. Vicente A. Evidente, Jr., Acting Deputy Administrator for Administration;
2. Recently taken passport size photo;
3. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of the highest educational attainment;
4. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable License;
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment, including volunteer work on a full time basis).

Duties and Responsibilities:
1)Monitors and operates CCTV system and provides information on the status of harbor and port facilities. Ensures safety and security in the ports are implemented. Ensures CCTV system is maintained and calibrated.
2)Verifies discrepancies monitored from records and reports any irregularities observed that need immediate and proper action. Coordinates incidents and other issues to proper authorities as necessary.
3)Encodes ship’s movements and KPM. Generates Daily and Monthly Reports.
4)Serves as alternate SPAM Secretariat. Attend to client's inquiries and concerns.
5)Receives, validates and logs application for entry/exit clearances of vessels.
