Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying scanning, filing, and data entry.
2) Assist in maintaining and organizing physical and electronics filing systems.
3) Prepare and distribute various documents, such as memos, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4) Assist in the preparation and coordination of special events or projects.
5) Conduct research and gather source materials for statistical analyses.


Minimum requirements:
Completion of 2 years studies college, or Completion of Grade 12/Senior HIgh School; and
Career Service Subprofessional

Additional requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree graduate;
One (1) year relevant experience

Documentary requirements:
1) Application Letter addressed to Mr. Vicente A. Evidente, Jr., Acting Deputy Administrator for Administration;
2) Recently taken passport size photo;
3) School Transcript of Records and Diploma of the highest educational attainment;
4) Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable License;
5) Relevant Training Certificates; and
6) Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment, including volunteer work on a full time basis).
