Minimum requirements:
*Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job;
*1 year of relevant work experience;
*4 hours of relevant training; and
*Career Service Professional

Additional requirements:
**Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related courses;
**With at least 3 years work experience in finance or accountancy, taxation, and/or financial auditing;
**With practical work knowledge on office productivity, software especially adept with spreadsheets;
**Good interpersonal, negotiation and business skills;
**Can work with minimum supervision; and
**Ability to carry out the following tasks:
-Performs and evaluates socio-economic cost-benefit analysis and profitability analysis of project proposals under CREATE MORE;
-Performs and evaluates the request of incentives from the financial reports of the RBEs relating on the grant of Certificate of Entitlement to Tax Incentives (CETI);
-Submit recommendations in a term sheet prepared for the purpose to be submitted to the SBMA Board for either approval or endorsement to Fiscal Incentive Review Board (FIRB); and
-Assists the proponents for compliance and monitoring of subject commitments.

Job Description:
1) Evaluates and conducts a Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) on qualified CREATE MORE applicants;
2) Process CREATE MORE approved projects upon submission of complete set of documents and acceptance of general and specific terms and conditions;
3) Prepares and submits the Project Ex-Ante Assessment Report (PEAR) of qualified CREATE MORE applications;
4) Process terms sheet of investment proposals and locators’ requests;
5) Process permits and certificates of accounts handled (Registration Certificate, Certificate of Registration and Tax Exemption, Certificate of Registration, VAT Zero-Rating Certificate, and Certificate of Entitlement to Incentives);
6) Participate in the work of the Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) Committee.
