Minimum requirement:
Completion of 2 years of studies in college or High School graduate with relevant vocational/trade course (prior to 2018), or
Completion of Grade 12/Senior High School under Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Track or Completion of Grade 10/Junior High School with relevant vocational/trade course (TESDA National Certificate II) (starting 2018)

Additional requirements:
1.Preferably a graduate of Electrical or Electronics Technology or other relevant course;
2.Basic knowledge in the operation and maintenance of power generation (normal power / generator power);
3.Computer literate;
4.Experience in Radio and Telephone repair, servicing, support, and maintenance services; and
5.Professional Driver License (with 4-wheel driving skills)
