* Finishing Carpenter / Woodworker *

Knowledge in using woodworking equipment’s and alike (table saw, panel saw, electric sander, etc.); Fabrication of customized doors, tables, chairs, panels, etc.; Knowledge in site works (ceiling works, dry walls, etc.); Installing woodwork requirements on site (wood panels, wooden jambs, wooden doors, etc.)

* Electrician *

Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment and fixtures; Read blueprints and technical diagrams; Diagnose and repair electrical issues; Assemble and install wiring in new or remodeled buildings; Analyze electrical requirements and ensure safe installations; Familiarity with electrical tools and test equipment; Participate in emergency response and safety teams.

* Construction Painter *

Preparing and finishing of concrete, wooden, metal surfaces and alike using appropriate paint materials and equipment; Knowledge in repairing and refurbishing pre-existing painted surfaces; Responsible for preparing the site for painting works; Covering existing installed furniture, making sure newly installed items won’t be damaged by paint.

* Skilled Fiberglass Laminator *

Male; Applicant must have TESDA certificate or at least 2 years experience; Be able to use hand and power tools and measuring devices; Read and understand technical drawings and instructions; Safely handle vinyl ester and epoxy resins; Communicate effectively; Work with others; mounts rolls of fiberglass on chopper gun machine spindles; Threads fiberglass through machine rollers; Operates and maintains the chopper gun and other lamination equipment; Adjust controls to regulate speed, temperature, and pressure of laminating equipment; Uses rollers to physically remove air from the fiberglass and roving; Layers roving onto the mold for application of resin and chop; Observes lamination process, monitors curing time and surface temperature, and adjusts process to ensure compliance with standards; Cuts excess fiberglass from part edge; Examines laminated parts for defects; Applies gel-coat prior to application of other fiberglass material.



* Marine Engine Mechanic (Full-time) *

* Diesel Engine Mechanic ( Full-time) *
Male; Must have TESDA Certificate; With experience on heavy equipment; Marine mechanics are responsible for installing, diagnosing and repairing inboard and outboard engines on boats; Mechanics typically work for boat dealerships, repair shops or boat rental companies; Marine mechanics usually acquire knowledge through an Associate’s Degree in Marine and small engine repair.

* Warehouseman *

Male or Female; With 2 years or more experience in the field; Ability to control and manage the warehouse properly; Able to handle pressure and manage stress accordingly; Monitoring of all the materials; Control the warehouse; Perform inventory of tools / materials.

* Welder *

Male; Must have TESDA Certificate or ABS Certificate; With experience on Stainless Steel / Aluminum; Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models; Knowledge of welding/grinding procedures; Knowledge to start with blueprints and build tank from start to finish; Ability to keep hand and arm steady while moving or holding arm and hand in one position; Ability to meet budgeted hours requirements; Ability to read cut sheets, blueprints, and tape measures; Good in Stainless steel and/or Aluminum.

* Skilled Yacht / Finishing Carpenter (Full-time) *

Male; With at least 2 years.

DUTIES and FUNCTIONS:

· Marine carpenter must be able to fabricate, assemble, · Install cabinets, furniture, modules, and trim in a variety of boat types. · Must have extensive experience with a variety of power and hand tools. · Carpenter will be able to read drawings and construct a variety of pieces from plans. · The ideal candidate will have work experience as a cabinet-maker, joiner, woodworker, or shop fitter. · The ability to measure, lay-out, and assemble components inside of complexly shaped interiors is critical. · Professional carpenters are preferred, but recreational woodworkers or boat builders will be considered. · The carpenter should have good communications skills, must work effectively in a team, and be prepared to communicate directly with customers as needed.

* Marine Electrician *

Male; With at least 2 years experience on the position applying; Marine Electricians are in-charge with the duties of installing and maintaining wiring and electrical systems on ships and boats; They work with water pumps, motors, electronics, wiring, and fixtures throughout the ship, and they are responsible for installing and configuring generators and shore-power connections to deliver energy to the boat systems.

* Skilled Painter (Full-time) *

Male; With at least 2 years experience; Working with poly and vinyl resins; Working with epoxy resins; Proficient in gelcoat repairs, matching, sanding and buffing; Proficient in building small molds and plugs; Working with Polyurethane paints; Taking classes or courses as needed to advance your training; Inventory control of the materials used for your job description; Keeping you work area clean, presentable and safe daily.

* Aircon Technician *

Male; With at least 2 years experience; The air conditioning technicians install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner; They ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously; They perform regular maintenance work on cooling units; They diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions; They install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged; They make adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls; They install new air-conditioning systems and equipment; They clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors; They make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance; They inspect and maintain refrigerators and ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.

* Design / AutoCAD Operator *

Have good communication skills both in written and verbal form; Preferred Software: Autodesk Inventor / Rhino 3D; Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Engineering or equivalent; A strong working knowledge of CAD (Computer Aided Design) software (Rhino, Autodesk; Inventor, AutoCAD); Able to make Bill of Material or BOM.

* Purchasing Staff (Full-time) *

With experience in Purchasing job; Plus factor with experience in Yacht services; Energetic and smart and able to handle pressure; Preferably graduated of engineering course; With strong knowledge in using internet for sourcing materials; Communicate with suppliers through e-mail or call; Updating purchase order detail report on various projects; Making PO’s on various projects; Sorting CRS on approved PO’s; Pricing for estimates (Job Instruction Form).
