Minimum requirements:

1. Knowledge in the operation of Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) is an advantage;
2. Extensive knowledge in bank reconciliation; and
3. Ability to comply with the reportorial requirements of the job (Cashbook, E-Konek, Proof of Cash, Report of Collection and Deposits)
Job Description
1. Prepares and encodes daily Telegraphic Transfer collections and process Cash Invoice issuance for various accounts;
2. Researches/verifies billings and statement of accounts to be attached on bank credit advice for issuance of Cash Invoice;
3. Prepares and encodes daily EBPS transactions of clients thru MYEG portal;
4. Prepares and maintains a summary of LBP Credit Card payments for issuance of Cash Invoice;
5. Coordinates with the Bank and SBMA Departments for unidentified deposits;
6. Monitors and responds to customers’ inquiries and concerns thru email and phone calls;
7. Prepares/maintains monthly Proof of Cash and Detailed Cashbook for submission to Commission on Audit (COA) and Accounting Department;
8. Participates in the implementation of sound Environmental Management practices; and
9. Contributes in the formulation, monitoring, updating of IMD’s PAPs to produce a thorough SBMA plan.
