Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job; and
• Career Service Professional

Additional requirement:
1. Preferably with accounting and/or customs administration background;
2. Well-organized and good analytical skills;
3. Able to work with minimal supervision and manages work time effectively; and
4. Good verbal and written communication

Job 1
1. Receives, records on log sheet, reviews and processes Declaration for Admission of Foreign Goods (DAFG) and checks the completeness of required information and attachments such as bill of lading, invoice and packing list and other requirements;
2. Reviews documents related to export processing;
3. Briefs and attends clients’ inquiries and concerns; and
4. Performs other tasks and duties as may be assigned.

Job 2
1. Evaluates request for admission permit by the Subic Bay Freeport locator prior to the approval by:
• Ensures that the locator has a valid leased/subleased area, Certificate of Registration and Tax Exemption (CRTE), checks if it is not included in the list of delinquent accounts provided by SBMA Treasury and has allowable space to accommodate their request;
• Checks and confirms the pre-importation clearances from other government agencies/SBMA Department for regulated items and attend coordination meetings if necessary; and
• Analyzes if the items to be admitted and included on the company’s list of importables or within the business activities indicated on the CRTE.
2. Reviews/checks liquidation to ensure that the goods admitted are properly removed from the premises of the registered enterprises by substantiating Liquidation Report against its attachments (Gate Pass, Export Declaration, Local and Foreign Transshipment, Sales Invoices, Job Orders and other pertinent documents);
3. Preparation and updating of evaluation report/ledger of importation and liquidation;
4. Attends the Subic Bay Freeport locator’s inquiries and concerns through phone calls, emails, and meetings;
5. Performs other tasks and duties as may be assigned.
