Minimum requirements:
• Elementary School Graduate; and
• Valid Driver License (Professional)
Additional requirement:
1. At least High School Graduate;
2. With TESDA National Certificate II; and
3. Knowledgeable in Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ) area
Job Description
Occupational Health and Safety Division:
1. Safely and efficiently, transport the Occupational Health and Safety Division personnel to different locations for the conduct of various OSH inspections, meetings and other related activities.
2. Deliver OSH reports and other related OSH documents to different SBMA departments, SBF Locators and other locations as advised.
3. Regularly inspecting the vehicle for mechanical issues and ensuring proper tire pressure
4. Performing basic maintenance tasks like filling fluids and cleaning the interior.
5. Reporting any unnecessary repairs to SBMA-Transportation Department
6. Adhere to ISO and 7’S standards adapted and implemented by the department.
- Attends monthly staff meeting
- Attends Flag Raising/Lowering Ceremony
- Attends SBMA and Department’s activities
Admin. Section:
1. Pick-up and deliver official correspondence intended for the department
2. To pick-up supplies requested at PPMD Bldg. 709
3. To deliver and pick-up ECG results.
4. Deliver daily patient’s recall slips and PE reminder.
5. Adhere to ISO and 7’S standards adapted and implemented by the department.
- Attends monthly staff meeting
- Attends Flag Raising/Lowering Ceremony
- Attends SBMA and Department’s activities
