Minimum requirements:
• Completion of 2 years studies in college;
• 1 year of relevant experience;
• 4 hours of relevant training; and
• Career Service Subprofessional

Additional requirements:
1. Preferably Bachelor’s Degree graduate;
2. Institutional knowledge of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone;
3. Advanced computer literacy (Excel databases and Powerpoint presentation);
4. Basic knowledge of Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping;
5. Has the ability to contribute new ideas, approaches, and solutions;
6. Team player and able to provide support and services in order to meet the administrative requirements of the office; and
7. Able to conduct fieldwork activity

Job Description
1. Conducts research and data collection on SBMA properties, including location, zoning, occupancy status, lease agreements and compile them to create comprehensive property profiles with relevant details and updates;
2. Coordinates with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for profiling;
3. Develops professional and visually appearing presentation materials, including reports, maps, and infographics to support management and stakeholder engagements;
4. Utilizes GIS tools, property management software, and other digital platforms for data visualization and analysis; and
5. Provides administrative and technical support for meetings, presentation and site inspections.
