Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job; and
• Career Service Professional

Additional requirements:
1. Experience in document processing, compliance management, and workflow coordination is an advantage;
2. With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in business processing, administrative tasks, or a related field;
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other business management software
4. Knowledge of database management and document tracking system;
5. Strong understanding of business registration, permits, and licensing processes;
6. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks; and
7. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork capabilities

Job Description
1. Reviews locator accounts, including lease terms, financial records, and compliance status;
2. Assists in evaluating business performance, occupancy, and land use compliance of locators;
3. Gather and analyzes data related to locator agreements, payments and contractual obligations;
4. Prepares reports summarizing findings discrepancies, and recommended actions;
5. Coordinates with internal Departments to validate account statuses and resolve issues;
6. Assists in conducting site visits and inspections to verify locator operations and property usage;
7. Ensures records are updated and maintained accurately in the system; and
8. Support the preparation of presentations and materials for meetings and reports.
