Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job; and
• Career Service Professional

Additional requirements:
1. Background on Information Technology and Web Programming applications; and
2. Financial Management literate

Job Description
1. Serves as front liner for the Department in rendering investment and assistance;
2. Evaluates all assigned investment proposal according to a set of criteria and submits appropriate recommendation to the Department Head;
3. Assists in conducting investment tours and ocular inspections;
4. Prepares necessary documents such as term sheets and evaluation reports and present it to SBMA Management and/or Board of Directors for final approval;
5. Assists the investors during compliance of requirements for the issuance of the certificate of Registration and certificate of tax exemption to further facilitate all investment-related matters, including commencement of the proponent’s project and completion of investor’s file;
6. Represents the Department and SBMA in seminars, trade shows, expositions, meetings and other related activities; and
7. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Department Manager, and as maybe delegated in connection to the day to day activities of the Office and SBMA.
