Minimum requirements:
• Completion of 2 years studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course;
• 1 year of relevant experience;
• 4 hours of relevant training; and
• Career Service Subprofessional
Additional requirement:
At least 8 hours of relevant training
Job Description
1. Receives and reviews all incoming correspondence, encodes and maintains the Document Management System (DMS), and ensures the original documents reach the appropriate offices;
2. Drafts and prepares correspondence, endorsement, memoranda, reports, and other documents pertinent to compliance with all the mandatory requirement of SBMA;
3. Updates and maintains systematic filing procedures of all administrative records/documents in compliance with the RMIC rules and regulations;
4. Updates ARTA process, ISO Quality Manuals and others; and
5. Assists in the preparations of Daily Time Record, Compensatory Time Off (CTO), and official leave of absence.
