At least an Associate Degree, Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field; Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply; Prior office experience is preferred but not required; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Strong attention to detail, analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Adaptable, confident, reliable; Ability to work under pressure; Strong sense of responsibility and integrity; Good time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently; Willingness to be a team player and a hard worker; Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and especially with clients.
