* Training Technician *


Technical/Vocational background in Firefighting, Safety, or related field; Experience in firefighting or training support (maritime/industrial setting preferred); Physically fit and able to work in high-heat environments; Assist in setting up and conducting firefighting training sessions; Assist Instructor and monitor safety and well-being of all delegates doing practical exercises; Ensure all training activities follow safety protocols; Inspect and maintain firefighting gear and tools; Keep training facilities safe, clean, and operational.

At least High school graduate; Willing to render overtime; Willing to work on rest days and holidays; May be required to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights; With strong work ethic and willingness to learn; Ability to communicate effectively with Supervisors and team members; Willing to work in a shifting schedule (dayshift & night shift).
