* Production Supervisor *

High school graduate or Vocational course in sewing/garment manufacturing, technical training preferred; Minimum 2–3 years experience in industrial sewing operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role; Strong knowledge of industrial sewing machines and heavy-duty stitching techniques; Ability to read and interpret sewing specifications, patterns, and job orders; Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* General Helper *

No formal education required; On-The-Job training will be provided; Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow work instructions; Physically fit and able to lift, pull, and carry heavy or bulky fabric; Prior experience in fabric cutting, or packaging is an advantage.

* Industrial Sewing Machine Operator (Sewer) *

At least High school level or equivalent Vocational training in sewing or textile operations; Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial sewing machines; Experience in heavy-duty fabric or tarpaulin production is an advantage; Knowledge of sewing techniques, stitch types, and machine maintenance; Ability to read work orders or basic production drawings preferred; Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.

* Quality Inspector *

High school graduate or equivalent; Vocational training is a plus; At least 1 year experience in quality inspection or production control, preferably in textile or industrial fabrication; Knowledge of quality standards and basic inspection methods; Ability to interpret production instructions and use inspection tools; Strong attention to detail, discipline, and documentation skills; Minimum wage with possible salary increase based on performance

* Sewing Machine Mechanic *

Technical or Vocational training in mechanical or industrial maintenance; At least 2 years experience maintaining and repairing industrial sewing machines, especially for heavy fabrics; Familiarity heavy-duty sewing machine equipment; Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read machine manuals or diagrams; Knowledge of tools, replacement parts, and safety standards in machine repair.

* General Maintenance *

Technical or Vocational course in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance; At least 2 years of experience with Sewing machine repair and facility maintenance; Basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge is an advantage; Ability to interpret manuals, schematics, and safety procedures; Physically fit; able to lift tools and equipment, bend, kneel, and use ladders.

* Office Assistant *

Senior high school graduate or equivalent; Business or office-related courses preferred; At least 6 months of clerical or office support experience preferred; Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Workspace is an advantage; Good organization, communication, and time management skills.
