* Accounting Staff *

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Banking and Finance required; With more than two (2) years of accounting experience; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Working knowledge of GAAP; Strong numeracy and analytical skills; Good problem-solving and time management skills; Highly organized and detail-oriented; With familiarity and worked experience in handling accounting reports and transactions; Flexible, work with initiative; Ensure that all requests for payments/transaction for payments are being handled properly; Prepare and submit accounting reports with accuracy; Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.

* Import / Export Staff *

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field; With at least one (1) year of relevant work experience; Developed communication skills & customer orientation; Ability to comprehend and organize shipment process; Ability to work under pressure; Must have exposure/knowledge in Import & Export procedures; Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge of customs regulations and experience with customs clearance; Familiarity with international trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin; Proficiency in using import-export software tools, such as customs brokerage systems and trade compliance software; Strong understanding of INCO terms, shipping terms and international trade terms; Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus; Excellent problem-solving and decision -making abilities; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Liaison Officer *

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication or related field; Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information, ideas and instructions to different stakeholders; Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with diverse groups of people, including executives, managers, team members and external partners; Familiarity with operation and work permits; Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, evaluate alternatives and propose practical solutions; Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution techniques to manage differing opinions and reach consensus; Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines; Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration among individuals with diverse backgrounds and perspectives; Meticulousness in managing information, documentation, and communication to ensure accuracy and quality; Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities and stakeholders needs; Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within an organization; Proven experience in a liaison or related role, preferably corporate or organizational setting.

* Pollution Control Officer *

Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, policies and procedures; Proficient in conducting inspections and using various equipment and tools for pollution control; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address pollution-related issues; Detail-oriented with the ability to collect, record, and interpret data accurately; Effective communications skill, both verbal and written, to interact with employees, management and regulatory agencies; Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines; Proficient in using computer software and applications related to pollution control, data analysis, and reporting; Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering or a related field; Proven experience working in pollution control or a similar field; Certification or licensure in pollution control or related areas may be preferred; Strong understanding of pollution control technologies and best practices; Ability to perform field work and work in various environmental conditions; Excellent problem-solving and decision -making abilities; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; With Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different sites as needed.

* Lineman *

Graduate of BS Industrial Technology major in Electrical Technology or any 2 year Electrical course; Between six months to one year related working experience in electrical field; In depth knowledge in hot stick, rubber gloving techniques, grounding, and other electrical safety measures; Knowledge and familiarity with electrical wirings and load analysis; Customer service oriented; Team player and can collaborate well with other teams in the organization; Can understand instructions in Filipino and English language; Flexible, honest, trustworthy and with high sense of integrity; Holder of Professional Driver’s License (RC1).

* Electrical Engineer *

Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering; Preferably with exposure in construction of power distribution and sub-transmission lines; Familiarity with electrical systems, project design and estimating works; Proficient in MS Office programs and Computer-Aided Design; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Strong analytical and organizational skills; Driven, motivated and with initiative; Good moral character; Willingness to perform both office and field works; Preferably a holder of Professional Driver’s License (RC 1,2); Preferably a resident of Olongapo City.

* Accounting Staff *

Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology or Economics; Preferably with experience in Budget Planning, Financial Analysis, and Banking operations; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Has a strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy; Proficient in financial software and tools and with advanced MS Excel skills; With sound knowledge on financial regulations and compliance standards; Can prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in dynamic environment; With good moral character; With strong moral principles and integrity; Preferably a resident of Olongapo City.

* HR Staff *

Graduate of BS Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management, BS Industrial Psychology or other related courses; At least 1 year experience in Human Resource Management; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge in recruitment, labor relations, and benefits administration; With strong analytical and critical thinking and problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented and with good record keeping skills; Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Confident, articulate, and team player; Willing to do field work; Preferably a resident of Olongapo City.

* System Analyst / Programmer *

Graduate of BS in Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in system analyst and design, programming, system maintenance, and project implementation is a plus; Knowledgeable in VB.Net, ASP.Net, Java, C#, Crystal Report, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, MSSQL and Oracle, and magic XPA; With experience in mobile (Android, iOS) application development is an advantage; Proficient in software and application design and programming; Strong problem solving skills and a knack for system/algorithm analysis and design; Good verbal and written communication skills; Preferably a resident of Olongapo City.
