* Landscaping Crew*

At least an Elementary / High School Graduate or equivalent; TESDA landscaping or gardening training is a plus but not required; Basic knowledge of plant care, gardening tools, and equipment use; Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision; Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor outdoors; Good time management and work ethic; Attention to detail in maintaining clean and well-kept surroundings; Willingness to work in varying weather conditions; Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented; Flexible with work schedules, including weekends or holidays if necessary.

* Electrician *


At least an Elementary / High School Graduate or Vocational Diploma / TESDA NC II Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or a related field; No prior landscaping experience required, but having 1 year of proven work experience in electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair is an advantage; Basic knowledge of tools, electrical diagrams, and safety protocols; Understanding of electrical codes, local regulations, and standards; Able to work independently and handle urgent electrical issues; Physically fit, detail-oriented, and coordinated; Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset; Willing to work in various weather conditions; Punctual, reliable, and a team player; Flexible with schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed.

* Plumber *


At least an Elementary / High School Graduate or Vocational Certificate / TESDA NC II in Plumbing or a related field; No prior landscaping experience required, but having 1 year of relevant experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance (residential, commercial, or industrial) is an advantage; Knowledgeable in the use of plumbing tools, materials, fittings, and safety practices; Able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and plumbing layouts; Familiar with local plumbing codes and standards; Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in tight or elevated spaces; With strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Willingness to work in varying weather conditions; Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented; Flexible with work schedules, including weekends or holidays if necessary.

* Civil Engineer *


Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC); Two (2) years of experience in the construction, land development, or leasing industry is an advantage; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; Proficiency in Civil 3D, and other engineering software; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Basic understanding of construction materials and methods; Ability to work independently and as part of a team. h) Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
