* Kitchen Helper *
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is beneficial; Volunteer work or internships in food-related settings can also be valuable; Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; Ability to safely use kitchen equipment such as knives, mixers, and ovens; Strong communication skills for effective teamwork; Organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient workspace; Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks; Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately; Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; Punctuality and reliability to ensure smooth kitchen operations; Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field.
* Front Desk Clerk *
Strong communication Skills verbal and written English; Polite, clear, and professional communication; Customer Service Skills; Friendly and patient demeanor; Ability to handle guest concerns calmly; Computer Skills; Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio); Basic typing and email handling; Problem-Solving Abilities; Quick thinking and decision-making under pressure; Professional Appearance; Well-groomed and presentable at all times; Flexibility; Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; Experience (Preferred but not always required); Prior front desk or hospitality experience is a plus.
* Maintenance *
High school diploma or equivalent; Preferred: Diploma or certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering; Entry-Level: 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance or a related field; 3–5 years of experience, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry; Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently; Attention to Detail: Ensures all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard; Physical Stamina: Capability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment or machinery; Effective reporting and collaboration with team members and supervisors; Adherence to safety regulations and willingness to follow safety rules to ensure a safe working environment.
* Housekeeping *
Physically fit; Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for long period; Attention to Detail; Thoroughness in cleaning and room setup; Time Management; Ability to clean rooms efficiently and meet daily targets; Basic Communication Skills; Understand and follow instructions; Communicate politely with guests and staff; Trustworthiness and Reliability; Handle guest belongings with care and honest; Experience (Preferred but not required); Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus; Flexibility; Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

* Kitchen Steward *
Male / Female; At least a High school or College level; Additional training or experience in food preparation or service is an advantage; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; Customer service-oriented mindset; Must be physically fit to stand for long hours; Ability to lift light to moderate weights (e.g., food trays, supplies); Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays; Can work well under pressure and in a team setting.
