Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree graduate relevant to the job; and
• Career Service Professional
Additional qualification requirements:
• Preferably major in Economics, Finance, Business or Accountancy;
• Preferably with 2 years work experience in taxation, economics, finance, accountancy
• Practical work knowledge on office productivity, software especially adept with spreadsheets;
• Good interpersonal, negotiations and business skills;
• Works with minimum supervision; and
• Ability to carry out the following tasks:
1. Performs and evaluates socio-economic cost benefit analysis of project proposals under CREATE;
2. Performs and evaluates the request of incentives from the financial reports of the RBEs relating on the grant of CETI;
3. Submits recommendations in a term sheet prepared for the purpose to be submitted to the SBMA Board for either approval or endorsement to FIRB;
4. Assists the proponents for compliance; and
5. Prepares reports to the FIRB as instructed.
Documentary requirements:
1. Application Letter addressed to Mr. Vicente A. Evidente, Jr., Chairperson, SBMA Human Resource Merit and Promotion and Selection Board;
2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized picture, thumbmark and signature, and Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature (to be converted to PDF file format);
3. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of the highest educational attainment;
4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable License, if any.
