Completion of 2 years studies in college; and
Career Service Subprofessional
Additional requirements:
With preference to Bachelor’s Degree graduate; and
Preferably with at least 1 year relevant work experience and 4 hours relevant training

Late application shall not be accepted and no hard copies of application and supporting documents shall be received at the HRMD Office. 1. Application Letter addressed to Mr. Vicente A. Evidente, Jr., Chairperson, SBMA Human Resource Merit and Promotion and Selection Board; 2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized picture, thumbmark and signature, and Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature (to be converted to PDF file format); 3. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of the highest educational attainment; 4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis) Relevant Training Certificates; and Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable License, if any. In view of the bulk of application that the Human Resource Management Department (HRMD) receives, only those applicants with complete supporting documents and who meet the Minimum Qualifications Required and Job Requirements shall be notified and shortlisted. Incomplete documents shall not be entertained.
