Daily Rate: PhP 1,156.32 + 20%

Qualification and Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job; and
• Career Service Professional

Additional requirements:
• One (1) year relevant work experience
• With at least four (4) hours of relevant training
• Knowledge of basic investigation; and
• Knowledge of the basic Closed-circuit Television (CCTV) operation

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitors the CCTV system and provides information on the status of the harbor and the port facilities to the immediate Supervisor. While monitoring the CCTV, ensures that safety and security in the ports are implemented, and conducts the necessary action to address the issue. Coordinates incidents and other issues to proper authorities as necessary;
2. Operates the CCTV system in the port. Ensures equipment is tested, maintained and calibrated;
3. Operates the public address system and provides announcements when necessary;
4. Conducts an initial investigation when discrepancy is monitored. Closely coordinate with other SBMA offices to aid in investigations into incidences that occurred within the coverage of the CCTV;
5. Prepares daily and monthly status/accomplishment reports, incident reports and other documentation as required;
6. Performs other duties as maybe assigned by Supervisor or higher authority

Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized picture, thumbmark and signature, and Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature (to be converted to PDF file format);
3. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of the highest educational attainment;
4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable License, if any.
