Daily Rate: PhP 863.55 + 20%

Minimum requirements:
• Completion of two-year studies in college;
• One (1) year of relevant experience;
• Four (4) hours of relevant training; and
• Career Service Subprofessional
Additional requirement:
Professional Driver’s License
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Performs jobs of a Purchaser;
2. Researches based on purchase requests, gathering comprehensive information, collaborating with technical requisitioning staff, and negotiating contractual transactions with suppliers;
3. Performs canvassing and solicitation of quotations for all materials, suppliers, tools equipment, and services needed by different Departments/Offices of SBMA. Ensures that the item being canvassed and quoted for matches or is equivalent to the requested item;
4. Responsible for posting Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Contract Award to the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS);
5. Obtains price quotation or solicits bids for situations involving numerous items, complex descriptions, and significant amounts, adhering to procurement policies and procedures;
6. Checks offers for prices, specifications and conditions against the Purchase Request;
7. Negotiates and proposes Contract and Purchase Order awards within approved amount, with the authority to discuss contract conditions or modifications based on standard requirements, precedents, and acceptable procedures
8. Creates detailed contract terms encompassing schedules, statements, specifications, procedures, conditions of performance, payment methods, special provisions, and other obligations;
9. Prepares regular accomplishment reports and submit to immediate supervisor (if required);
10. Builds and maintains relationships with suppliers to foster open communication, resolve conflicts, and address any concerns
11. Additional responsibilities as Expediter/Driver:
a. Transports goods, packages, or documents from one location to another either for a business entity, Departments/Offices or for an individual personnel;
b. Serves as a liaison between offices, vendors, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders;
c. Keeps track of the status and progress of documents to ensure and verify that necessary tasks are proceeding as planned and addressing any delays; and
d. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Head of the Procurement Division

Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized picture, thumbmark and signature, and Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature (to be converted to PDF file format);
3. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of the highest educational attainment;
4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable License, if any.
