RA 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat on the following:
• Preparation of bidding documents: Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing bidding documents such as invitations to BID (ITBs) or requests for quotation (RFQs) according to RA 9184 and other procurement rules and regulations;
• Designated as member of the Document Management System (DMS) Monitoring Team. Supports the Department in delivering and monitoring the status and response to various correspondence to various SBMA Offices and Departments;
• Assisting with any other administrative and miscellaneous tasks as assigned;
• Monitoring procurement activities and milestones for proper reporting to relevant agencies when required, particularly the bi-annual amendment of Annual Procurement Plan; and
• Assists in managing the procurement processes through updating and monitoring the status of various requests/projects processed under public bidding and other alternative mode of procurement in Procurement Monitoring System.

2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized picture, thumbmark and signature, and Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature (to be converted to PDF file format);
3. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of the highest educational attainment;
4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable License, if any.
In view of the bulk of application that the Human Resource Management Department (HRMD) receives, only those applicants with complete supporting documents and who meet the Minimum Qualifications Required and Job Requirements shall be notified and shortlisted.
