Qualification and Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
• Completion of two-year studies in college;
• 1 year of relevant experience
• 4 hours of relevant training; and
• Career Service Subprofessional

Additional requirements:
• Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job, graduates of Architecture and Engineering courses may apply;
• Must have two (2) years work-related experience;
• Must have good writing skills, able to prepare correspondence/ memorandum to queries and other related documents that requires action and assistance;
• Must be knowledgeable in preparing/consolidating various reports through Power point Presentation to be presented during Management and/or Board of Directors Meeting;
• Must be knowledgeable in taking Minutes of the meeting and transcribe into final format;
• Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing;
• Must be knowledgeable in various software applications and able to do research and preparation of reports;
• Must be knowledgeable in various administrative functions such as receiving, logging-in, logging-out of documents and provide copy to concerned Department for necessary action as indicated;
• Must be knowledgeable in performing various administrative duties and functions.


Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Planning Division
1. Consolidates monthly reports submitted by the Departments under the Public Works Technical Services Group (PWTSG) and thereafter, prepares the Quarterly Report of PWTSG for submission to the Office of the Chairman and Administrator, and the Project Management Group;
2. Assists in the receiving of various memorandum/correspondence, log-in for coding and ensure to indicate remarks in log-out for action required;
3. Assists during various meetings of Deputy Administrator for PWTSG, takes minutes of the meeting and transcribe into final format;
4. Encodes various documents in computerized logging system of incoming memos
5. Providing assistance to the Senior Staff in preparation of reports required by the Project Management Group such as PAPs, DPCR/OPCR/IPCR, PBB and other related management report;
6. Assists in the preparation of documents for compliance to various management audit by Internal Audit Service, ISO 9001:2015, Service Excellence in the Workplace and other audit that may be required
7. Prepares correspondence or reply/response to queries and other related memorandum that requires action and assistance; and
8. Performs other administrative duties/functions that may be required/necessary.

3. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of the highest educational attainment;
4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable License, if any.
