SG-11 EQUIVALENT
Daily Rate: PhP 1,156.32 + 20%

Qualification and Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job; and
• Career Service Professional

Additional requirements:
• Graduate of a Degree in Accounting, Management, or Finance, with preference to Certified Public Accountant;
• With two (2) years work-related experience;
• Computer literate and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point); and
• Willing to work beyond the prescribed office hours

Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Planning Division
1. Assists in the preparation, consolidation, and submission of the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) of SBMA;
2. Provide technical assistance to the assigned Departments in the preparation of the COB and revenue forecasts;
3. Monitors and controls revenues of profit centers as assigned;
4. Prepares monthly Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) of assigned Delivery Units and Departments/Offices; and
5. Performs other duties as may be assigned

Budget Division
1. Assists in the preparation, consolidation, and submission of the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) of SBMA;
2. Provide technical assistance to the assigned Departments in the preparation of the COB and budget estimates;
3. Monitors and controls expense accounts as assigned;
4. Prepares monthly Budget Utilization Reports of assigned Delivery Units and Departments/Offices; and
5. Performs other duties as may be assigned

Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized picture, thumbmark and signature, and Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature (to be converted to PDF file format);
3. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of the highest educational attainment;
4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable License, if any.
