Qualification and Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
• Completion of two-year studies in college; and
• Career Service Subprofessional

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assists in providing administrative services to the Department;
2. Prepares correspondences, notices and other documents concerning personnel action;
3. Assists in the coordinating with Human Resource Management Department concerning trainings, workshops, seminars for the manpower complements of the Department and other related personnel matters;
4. Ensures all correspondence, circular, memoranda, coming to and from the Department are properly received and ensures timely response for incoming correspondence and directives;
5. Assists in monitoring and controlling of office supplies; prepares reports on the regular inventory of the Department supplies; and ensures sufficient amount of office supplies are available;
6. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized picture, thumbmark and signature, and Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature (to be converted to PDF file format);
3. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of the highest educational attainment;
4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable License, if any.

In view of the bulk of application that the Human Resource Management Department (HRMD) receives, only those applicants with complete supporting documents and who meet the Minimum Qualifications Required and Job Requirements shall be notified and shortlisted.
