Daily Rate: PhP 813.59 + 20%

Qualification and Job Requirements:
MMinimum requirements:
• Completion of two-year studies in college; and
• Career Service Subprofessional
Additional requirements:
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point);
• Eight (8) hours of relevant training;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Can work with minimum supervision; and
• Ability to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Answers telephone calls, take note of the messages, and handles appointment/meeting schedules, as well as correspondences;
2. Manages the calendar of the Department Head and prepares materials for the meeting;
3. Reviews all incoming documents for the information and dissemination to concerned personnel for proper action;
4. Ensures the proper documentation and filing of all incoming and outgoing correspondences and documents of the Department;
5. Prepares correspondence, manages database, and consolidate reports;
6. Prepares agenda and minutes of the meeting and take minutes of the meeting; and
7. Performs other tasks as may be assigned

Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized picture, thumbmark and signature, and Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature (to be converted to PDF file format);
3. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of the highest educational attainment;
4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable License, if any.
