Daily Rate: PhP 1,734.09 + 20%

Qualification and Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture;
• 1 year of relevant experience;
• 4 hours of relevant training; and
• RA 1080

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provides and drafts detailed plans and sedign drawings, estimates, scope of works and specifications for SBMA contract projects and performs site inspections and investigations as necessary or required;
2. Performs Computer Aided Design (AutoCAD) or manual drafting as required on the design drawings;
3. Performs 3D modeling and rendering of architectural design concepts and drawings, and provides simulations as may be necessary or required;
4. Conducts surveying with allied engineering disciplines;
5. Coordinates and/or handles the preparation of engineering studies. Serves as consultant ready to furnish solutions and/or recommendations on all matters within the scope of assignments;
6. Awareness and participation in all management system programs and activities of Quality Management System, and Environmental Management System; and
7. Performs other related duties as may be required.

3. Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature;
4. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of highest educational attainment;
5. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
6. Relevant Training Certificates; and
7. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable license, if any.
