Daily Rate: PhP 767.14 + 20%

Qualification and Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements:

• Elementary School graduate; and
• Professional Driver License

Additional requirements:
• Must be able to transport personnel in an efficient, safe and timely manner;
• Must be familiar with the location of different departments, revenue center/facilities of SBMA. Government agencies and service providers;
• Must be able to report for work when necessary during day-off/holidays; and
• Must know basic trouble shooting of the vehicle during emergency situation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provides transportation services to incoming and outgoing cashiers assigned to different SBMA facilities/revenue center;
2. Provides transportation services to cashier/staff, paying agency bills off-base (e.g. Philhealth, Bureau of Treasury, HDMF, Pag-IBIG, SSS, Smart, Globe, Officer of the Treasurer);
3. Provides transportation services to employees rendering overtime;
4. Provides transportation services during the release of employee benefits
5. Process and canvass prices of office supplies, materials and vehicle spare parts with different SBMA supplier/contractors;
6. Pick-up office supplies and materials from PPMD;
7. Deliver Official Receipt (OR) booklets/RUF tickets upon request to various SBMA facilities/revenue center;
8. Check the condition of the vehicle before use;
9. Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle;
10. Monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule of the vehicle; and
11. Participates in the implementation of a sound Environmental Management practices.

1. Application Letter addressed to Atty. Ruel John T. Kabigting, Chairperson of the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board;
2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) in MS Excel with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017), thumbmark and signature;
3. Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature;
4. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of highest educational attainment;
5. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
6. Relevant Training Certificates; and
7. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable license, if any.
