Daily Rate: PhP 681.50 + 20%

Qualification and Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements:

• Elementary School graduate; and
• Professional Driver License

Additional requirements:
• With at least 2 years driving experience;
• Must be familiar with areas in NCR and nearby provinces;
• Strong adherence to traffic safety rules and regulations; and
• Must be flexible with time and schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Operates/drives SBMA Vehicle/Equipment;
2. Checks assigned vehicle/equipment before and after use, ensuring that vehicle is in good running condition;
3. Maintains the cleanliness of vehicles and housekeeping on assigned work area; and
4. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

1. Application Letter addressed to Atty. Ruel John T. Kabigting, Chairperson of the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board;
2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) in MS Excel with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017), thumbmark and signature;
3. Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature;
4. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of highest educational attainment;
5. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
6. Relevant Training Certificates; and
7. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable license, if any.

In view of the bulk of application that the Human Resource Management Department (HRMD) receives, only those applicants with complete supporting documents and who meet the Minimum Qualifications Required and Job Requirements shall be notified and shortlisted. Incomplete documents shall not be entertained.
