Qualification and Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements:

• Elementary School graduate

Additional requirements:
• Must have essential swimming skills; and
• With TESDA Certificate in Pipefitting NC II is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications, by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, and threading joints;
2. Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines;
3. Modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, and related machines and equipment, following specifications and using hand and power tools; and
4. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

1. Application Letter addressed to Atty. Ruel John T. Kabigting, Chairperson of the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board;
2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) in MS Excel with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017), thumbmark and signature;
3. Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature;
4. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of highest educational attainment;
5. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
6. Relevant Training Certificates; and
7. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable license, if any.

In view of the bulk of application that the Human Resource Management Department (HRMD) receives, only those applicants with complete supporting documents and who meet the Minimum Qualifications Required and Job Requirements shall be notified and shortlisted.
