Daily Rate: PhP 1,595.32 + 20%

Qualification and Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work;
• 1 year of relevant experience;
• 4 hours of relevant training; and
• RA 1080

Additional requirements:
• Basic Training in Early Childhood Care;
• Accredited Day Care Worker equipped with Child Development Training from City Social Welfare Office;
• Knowledgeable in different arts and crafts; and
• Ability to sing and dance

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversees and supervises the overall functions of the Day Care Center;
2. Develop implementing policies, regulations, and programs for the facility in accordance with the function of the Department and objectives of the agency;
3. Coordinate with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) regarding the accreditation of the Day Care Center and the personnel under the facility. Attends trainings and/or workshops conducted by the Olongapo Social Welfare Office;
4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents. Ensure a safe environment by monitoring children for health, behavioral, and emotional issues. Communicate with parents and provide updates on children’s progress or concerns.
5. Maintain a master list of children enrolled at the Day Care Center. Keep detailed records and files, following strict measures to maintain confidentiality, for every child in the program;
6. Submits monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; and
7. Perform other related functions as may be assigned by the Department Manager or the Immediate Supervisor.

2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) in MS Excel with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017), thumbmark and signature;
3. Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature;
4. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of highest educational attainment;
5. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
6. Relevant Training Certificates; and
7. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable license, if any.
