Daily Rate: PhP 1,008.64 + 20%

Qualification and Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job; and
• Career Service Professional

Additional requirements:
• Preferably with auditing, accounting and/or customs administration background;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Good analytical skills;
• Well-organized and able to manage work time effectively and efficiently; and
• Able to work with minimal supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and analyze audit working paper of importations and liquidations;
2. Perform actual physical inventory count on locators’ leased premises;
3. Reconcile TFCD’s records against actual physical inventory;
4. Perform substantiation and validation of all the necessary documents relating to audit and reconciliation;
5. Prepare the necessary reports on the results of audit and reconciliation; and
6. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

1. Application Letter addressed to Atty. Ruel John T. Kabigting, Chairperson, Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board;
2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) in MS Excel with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017), thumbmark and signature;
3. Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature;
4. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of highest educational attainment;
5. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
6. Relevant Training Certificates; and
7. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable license, if any.

In view of the bulk of application that the Human Resource Management Department (HRMD) receives, only those applicants with complete supporting documents and who meet the Minimum Qualifications Required and Job Requirements shall be notified and shortlisted.
