Qualification and Job Requirements:
Minimum requirement:
• Completion of 2 years studies in college (at least 72 units obtained

Additional requirements:
• Ability to calendar and manage schedules, meetings, travel coordination and arrangements, document and report preparation, office management and meeting support;
• Capable of handling private/personal, sensitive and confidential matters and information related to operations management functions with utmost discretion;
• Proficient in utilizing productivity tools (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace); and
• Career Service Professional eligible is an advantage

Additional requirements:
• Preferably major in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Business or Accountancy or other related courses;
• Preferably with 2 years work experience in taxation, economics, finance, accountancy, sales or public speaking;
• Practical work knowledge on office productivity, software especially adept with spreadsheets;
• Good interpersonal, negotiations and business skills;
• Works with minimum supervision; and
• Ability to carry out the following tasks:
1) Performs and evaluates socio-economic cost benefit analysis of project proposals under CREATE;
2) Performs and evaluates the request of incentives from the financial reports of the RBEs relating on the grant of CETI;
3) Submit recommendations in a term sheet prepared for the purpose to be submitted to the SBMA Board for either approval or endorsement to FIRB; Assists the proponents for compliance;
4) Assists the proponents for compliance;
5) Prepares reports to the FIRB as instructed; and
6) All other duties and responsibilities as required by the Department Manager.


Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Effectively manage the SDA’s schedule, coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. Coordinate and prioritize meeting requests, manage scheduling conflicts, and make necessary adjustments. Coordinate with the Operations Group Departments and Offices the activities and programs which require submission and/or participation;
2. Prepare and organize presentations, reports and other documents as required by the SDA. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items;
3. Review, records, release and route correspondence and documents to concerned offices, departments and requestors. Maintain accurate and up-to-date OSDA records, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information;
4. Coordinate trainings and conferences to be attended by the SDA including travel arrangements, requirements, and reimbursements – canvassing, purchasing and reimbursement of Extraordinary and Miscellaneous Expense (EME);
5. Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder. Manage and screen phone calls, emails and other forms of communication; and
6. Performs other duties as may be assigned (Main/Alternate Safety Officer, Records Officer, Supply Officer, GAD Representative, Pollution Control Officer, Environmental Officers etc.)

5. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
6. Relevant Training Certificates; and
7. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable license, if any.
