Qualification and Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job; and
• Career Service Professional

Additional requirement:
• Preferably with three (3) years of relevant work experience


Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Serves as Frontliner of the Department in rendering investment-related assistance;
2. Briefs, corresponds, performs site selection, and negotiates with investors;
3. Evaluates all assigned investment proposals according to a set of criteria and submit appropriate recommendations to the Department Manager;
4. Facilitates and coordinates matters between investors and SBMA Departments for technical comments and clearances;
5. Prepares necessary documents such as term sheets and evaluation reports and presents it to the SBMA Management for final approval;
6. Assists the investors during compliance of requirements for the issuance of the Certificate of Registration and Tax Exemption (CRTE) or Certificate of Registration (CR) to further facilitate all investment-related matters including commencement of the proponent’s project and completion of investor’s file necessary;
7. Represents the Department and SBMA in seminars, trade shows, expositions, meetings and other related activities;
8. Prepares correspondence, memorandum, reports and other documents concerning accounts management; and
9. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) in MS Excel with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017), thumbmark and signature;
3. Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature;
4. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of highest educational attainment;
5. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
6. Relevant Training Certificates; and
7. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable license, if any.
