* Bartender *
NCII in Food and Beverage Service or Bartending not necessary but an advantage; Diploma in related course not necessary but an advantage; At least one (1) year solid experience as a Bartender or Waiter in a casual dining establishment; Can communicate well in both Filipino and English; Must pass exam and interview; Physically and mentally fit; Can work for long hours and at any schedule (Early mornings and late nights); Can withstand work pressure; Friendly, Courteous, Cheerful.
* Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward *

Willing to learn new information; Physically and mentally fit; Can work for long durations of time; Can withstand work pressure; NC II or Vocational Diploma in Pastry is an advantage; At least 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen/ bakery; At least College level; Has artistic inclination; Females are encouraged to apply.
* Kitchen Clerk *
