Daily Rate: PhP 1,734.09 + 20%

Qualification and Job Requirements:
• Certified Public Accountant;
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications;
• Knowledge in asset inventory and field inspection;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to write and present reports
• Physically fit, efficient , and flexible;
• Ability to travel extensively within the Subic Bay Freeport area;
• Excellent interpersonal skills; and
• Able to do tasks with minimum supervision.


Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation of Property, Plant and Equipment Ledger Cards (PPELCs) and ensure that the total balance of PPELCs are tally with the balances of controlling PPE accounts in the General Ledger;
2. Extract PPE reports from the Accounting System and enter required data into the Ledger Cards. Perform account reconciliation and determine transactions which may require further study;
3. Provide support in the research of above transactions in the which may requires further examination of documents;
4. Conduct on-site inspections and inventory of all Fixed Assets inside the Freeport;
5. Document fixed asset property conditions, potential problems, and areas of concern;
6. Perform other duties as may be required by the Inventory Committee.

2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) or CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017 with attached recent passport-sized picture, thumbmark, and signature on each of the 4 pages; and
3. School Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma of highest educational attainment, or if not applicable, Certification from School indicating the number of units obtained.
4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full-time basis)
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable license, if any.
