Qualification and Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• 2 years of experience;
• 8 hours of training;
• Career Service Professional;
• Well-developed organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to strategically multitask and prioritize tasks;
• Excellent calendar and time management skills with experience in event planning and meeting management (both remote and in-person meetings), including scheduling, logistical setup, and minutes taking;
• Adept at research, analysis, and critical thinking;
• Great verbal and written communication skills, including phone and email correspondence;
• Technical savvy with intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft applications, Google Workspace applications, and presentation/design software like Canva;
• Able to anticipate and quickly adapt to situations;
• Resourceful and acts with initiative;
• Works with minimal supervision, manages own time effectively, maintains control overall current projects/responsibilities;
• Trustworthy and exercises professional discretion and confidentiality; and
• Willing to work beyond office hours and/or on weekends and holidays as may be required in the exigencies of the service.


Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assists the Senior Deputy Administrator (SDA) in the performance of less important tasks by: skimming or scanning incoming documents for signature, action and information of the SDA; conducting research and analysis; compiling data and preparing/drafting correspondences, memoranda, reports and other complex/technical documents as instructed by the SDA and ensures that all prepared documents are in conformity and consistent with existing and pertinent laws, corporate policies and objectives of the Authority; preparing presentation materials to be used by the SDA during Board meetings, Committee meetings and other meetings that the SDA attends; and providing assistance to the SDA during meetings;
2. Manages the daily schedule of meetings of the SDA and coordinates the same with other office personnel and with other offices and departments of SBMA, as needed;
3. Coordinates with different offices, departments and other operating units of the Agency, National Government Agencies, Local Government Units, private entities and individuals as may be instructed by the SDA;
4. Designated as the Office’s: Alternate Service Quality, Environmental, Planning and Records Officer, Representative to the Council of Coordinator for Human Resource Related Matters and Gender and Development Representative; and member of the Office’s Environment Management System – Technical Working Group;
5. Screens incoming calls and walk-in clients and makes outgoing calls; and
6. Performs other tasks as may be instructed by the SDA and in the absence of other office personnel.

4. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of highest educational attainment;
5. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
6. Relevant Training Certificates; and
7. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable license, if any.
