Daily Rate: PhP 642.05 + 20%

Qualification and Job Requirements:
• High School Graduate;
• Knowledge of inventory of automotive tools, parts, and their functions;
• With a Driver’s License is an advantage; and
• Knowledgeable in basic computer skills is also an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for issuing, receiving, monitoring, and safekeeping of raw materials, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
2. Submit inventory of all tools using supplies record logbooks/reports on a monthly,
3. quarterly, and annual basis.
4. Monitor damage and replace existing tools.
5. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

1. Application Letter addressed to Atty. Ruel John T. Kabigting, Deputy Administrator for Administration with applicant’s signature;
2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) or CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017 with attached recent passport-sized picture, thumbmark, and signature on each of the 4 pages; and
3. School Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma of highest educational attainment, or if not applicable, Certification from School indicating the number of units obtained.
4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full-time basis)
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable license, if any.

Note: In view of the bulk of application that the Human Resource Management Department (HRMD) receives, only those applicants with complete supporting documents and who meet the Minimum Qualifications Required and Job Requirements shall be notified and shortlisted.
