Qualification and Job Requirements:
• Elementary School Graduate;
• Preferably must have essential swimming skills; and
• With TESDA Certificate in Pipefitting NC II is an advantage.


Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment, according to specifications, by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, and threading joints.
2. Inspect, examine, and test installed systems and pipelines.
3. Modify, clean, and maintain pipe systems, units, fittings, and related machines and equipment, following specifications and using hand and power tools.
4. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) or CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017 with attached recent passport-sized picture, thumbmark, and signature on each of the 4 pages; and
3. School Transcript of Records (TOR) and Diploma of highest educational attainment, or if not applicable, Certification from School indicating the number of units obtained.
4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full-time basis)
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable license, if any.
