*Associate Accountant *

Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Accountancy or equivalent; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; CPA or a Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field is a plus; Experience in public accounting/audit firm (Big 4 firms preferred) will be highly regarded; Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage, e.g. MYOB, QuickBooks, and XERO; Extensive knowledge of local accounting and Australian accounting processes is a huge advantage; Must be PC proficient, preferably with experience in using large automated accounting systems, including cloud accounting systems; Keen attention to detail and deadline-oriented; Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills are required; Takes responsibility, is results-driven and resourceful, and has a strong sense of Accountability; Has solid verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management, experience working directly with senior leadership, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner; Resilient, mature, and is able to deal with ambiguity; Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment and ability to multi-task under pressure; Willing to be trained and can work with minimal supervision.

*Business Development Executive *

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance or any Business-related course; Can think strategically and create business development plans that align with the company's goals and objectives; Has a results-driven mindset and can set and achieve targets and objectives; Can adapt easily to changing market conditions and evolving business strategies; Has a customer-centric approach and can understand and meet customer needs; Has strong verbal and written communication skills and can interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders; Can build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues; Has sufficient cultural sensitivity and awareness when dealing with international clients and partners; Can collaborate and work with cross-functional teams within the organization; Must have a good understanding of marketing concepts and strategies to support business development efforts; Proficient in conducting market research and can identify trends, potential clients, and competitive threats; Must have strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data and analytics; Can assess market data and make informed data-driven decisions and track performance; Familiar with marketing automation tools, and other technology and software used in business development, including MS Office software; Must have powerful networking skills with a good understanding of lead generation tools and strategies; Can identify and qualify leads—both inbound and outbound; Can identify opportunities, attract clients, and negotiate well to secure favorable results; Can create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients; Can pitch products or services and communicate their value to clients effectively; Has effective time management skills and can prioritize tasks and meet targets and deadlines; Must have strong problem-solving skills; Can persevere through rejections and setbacks and overcome obstacles and challenges in the sales process; Willing to be assigned to Subic Bay Freeport Zone or Clark, Pampanga.

*Migration Agent Assistant (AU) *

Completed a Bachelor's Degree of any course; At least 1 year experience in Migration related work is an advantage; Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with an eye for detail and accuracy; Strong technical knowledge with respect to the current Australian immigration laws and policy; Proficient in the use of computer applications and programs such as the Microsoft Office, cloud platforms, etc.; Must work with accuracy, have great attention to detail even while under pressure, and results driven; Must have excellent customer service skills; An energetic and creative personality, with a ‘can-do’ attitude; Ability to work in a collaborative team but also autonomously cater to tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities and client expectations; Preferably with experience assisting in AU migration (student, tourist, etc.); Willing to be assigned in Subic Bay.

*Cyber Security Analyst / Engineer *

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent; With at least 2-5 years of related work experience in cybersecurity management and security governance; Candidates with exceptional proven work experience may be considered for a Senior Cyber Security Analyst position; Prior IT security consulting and/or IT Network experience is a plus; Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or any equivalent IT security certifications will be highly regarded; Has good working knowledge of security risk management, security governance framework and compliance (IT Security – Audit/log review), technical vulnerability management (vulnerability assessment, penetration testing), application security, security technologies (system hardening, IDS/IPD, firewall), security incident response and security assessment; Must have an in-depth understanding of ISO27001, PCI DSS, and HIPAA security standards; With hands-on experience in at least 4 of the following IT Security Tools: Next-Generation Firewall (FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco FirePower, etc.), Tenable Security Center Continuous View, Endpoint Protection (Symantec, Trend Micro, Sophos Endpoint, etc.), Email Security (FireEye ETP, Cisco Email Security, etc.), Data Loss Prevention (Symantec, ForcePoint, Digital Guardian, etc.), SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, etc.); Understands Risk Management, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and IT Regulatory Compliance; Has good command of the English language – verbal and written; Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Must be proactive, independent, resourceful, and can work in a team environment or independently with minimal supervision; Can work well with all functional levels in the organization; Amenable to work on a shifting schedule; Willing to be assigned in Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

*Maintenance Staff *

Candidate must possess at least a High school diploma; Has at least 1 year of experience as Janitor or Maintenance Personnel; Has strong time management and exceptional organizational skills; Can work well under minimal supervision; Must be hardworking and flexible; Willing to render overtime and work during weekends, as needed; Amenable to work on a shifting schedule; Willing to be assigned to Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
