Daily Rate: PhP 767.14 + 20%

Qualification and Job Requirements:
• Two (2) years studies in college /
With at least 72 academic units leading to a degree / Has completed a relevant two-year collegiate/technical course

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Inspects all inbound/outbound cargoes and accomplishes Import/Export/Permanent/Temporary Transfer/Transshipment Tally sheets. For Gatepass Management System (GMS) applications, tagging of incoming cargoes as inspected and tagging of outgoing cargoes as exited at Tipo in the implementation of Automated Cargo Monitoring/Inspection (GMS, Transshipment, Temporary Transfer, and Bring In) and prepare the Daily Accomplishment Report after every shift;
2. Manning of Tipo Gate and posting at Seaport controlled inner gates namely: Boton, Coastal, Leyte, NSD and NCT for the monitoring of cargoes coming to and from the controlled areas and/or Subic Bay Freeport Zone;
3. Prepares Transmittal Report on Export, Transshipment, and Petroleum Products to be submitted to the Statistics Branch;
4. Conducts admeasurement on used vehicles upon discharged from the carrying vessels and prepares its corresponding report;
5. Submits written reports on discrepancies or irregularities observed that needs immediate action by the supervisor;
6. Assists in the review and evaluation of the Online Clearance for inspection of cargoes; and
7. Assists in the monitoring of the import and export documents to the Inward and Outward Manifests.

2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) or CS Form No. 212 Revised 2017 with attached recent passport-sized picture, thumbmark and signature in each of the 4 pages; and
3. School Transcript of Records (TOR) or Diploma of the highest educational attainment, or if not applicable, Certification from School indicating the number of units obtained

Applicants may also include in the submission, the following documents for additional points:
4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid Professional license, if any.
