SG-8 equivalent
Daily Rate: PhP 863.55 + 20%
No. of Vacancy: 14
Qualification and Job Requirements:
• Completion of 2 years studies in college, Management or Information Technology course is an advantage;
• Experience in Property Inventory management is a plus;
• Computer literate – MS Word and Excel;
• Physically fit and abled body for field duty;
• Hardworking, coachable and willing to learn;
• With Professional driver license is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the conduct of physical inventory count of all SBMA movable assets located at various SBMA Departments and locator’s building/houses;
2. Prepare Property Acknowledgment Receipt (PAR), Inventory Custodian Slip (ICS), Inventory Transfer Report (ITR), Transfer of Custody and other pertinent inventory forms as may be appropriate per customer’s requirement and ensures acknowledgement of accountability forms by the accountable officer clearly and accurately;
3. Classify and annotate assets/properties as to nomenclature, serial number, configuration, and other technical description to distinguish a particular property from other technical description to distinguish a particular property from other similar SBMA properties accordingly per Asset Inventory Management System (AIMS) and/or other relevant document;
4. Assist in the conduct of property tagging of items and ensures proper inventory and accountability of issued assets;
5. Provide inventory support to other SBMA accountable officer/offices like pull-out/transfer of assets , liaise of documents and other related tasks;
6. Support departmental compliance to EMS and integrate 5’S standards for lean/safety work environment;
7. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities.

2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) in MS Excel with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017), thumbmark and signature;
3. Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature;
4. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of highest educational attainment;
5. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
6. Relevant Training Certificates; and
7. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable license, if any.
