Position Title / Salary Grade (SG) Equivalent: FIELD INSPECTOR,
SG-9 equivalent
Daily Rate: PhP 927.36 + 20%
No. of Vacancy: 6
Qualification and Job Requirements:
• Graduate of any 4-year course with knowledge in computer
• Knowledge in asset inventory, field inspection, and linear measurement;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to write and present reports;
• Ability to travel extensively within the Freeport area;
• Physically fit, efficient and flexible;
• Excellent interpersonal skills; and
• Able to do tasks without supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receive and process inspection orders from the Team Leader
2. Plan route maps inside the Freeport ad per district;
3. Conduct on-site inspections and inventory of all Fixed Assets inside the Freeport;
4. Photograph all areas of the property;
5. Perform linear measurement on-site;
6. Perform property tagging on-site;
7. Document fixed asset property conditions, potential problems, and areas of concern; and
8. Encoding, compiling and presenting inspection reports.

1. Application Letter addressed to The Chairperson, Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board;
2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) in MS Excel with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017), thumbmark and signature;
3. Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature;
4. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of highest educational attainment;
5. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
6. Relevant Training Certificates; and
7. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable license, if any.

In view of the bulk of application that the Human Resource Management Department (HRMD) receives, only those applicants with complete supporting documents and who meet the Minimum Qualifications Required and Job Requirements shall be notified and shortlisted.
