Job Responsibility:

Process Improvement Control on process flow and procedures; Failure analysis of product defects; Provide suggestions/recommendations for the improvement of operations and maintenance activity; Liaise with production/maintenance group in coordination with various works to be executed; Oversee all levels of operators activity and performance; Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance; Provide training and educational materials to operator as necessary; Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order; Repair company equipment as needed.
