DUTIES and FUNCTIONS:

- Assists HA Senior Sales Engineer in the promotion, marketing and sales of TECO brand products;

- Helps initiate establish and maintain network/relationships with public and private entities in connection with the promotion, marketing and sales of TCO products;
- Provide pre-sales support for new and existing customers;
- Prepare and deliver presentations explaining products to customers and prospective customers;
- Responsible for follow-up and after sales communication with customer;
- Responsible on providing on-site support, attending and handling technical presentations at trade shows and conferences, and ensuring proactive communications with customers to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Monitor local competitors;
- Handles telemarketing of the company;
- Travel, as needed, to industry events, prospect and customers;
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the HA Senior Sales Engineer.

Finance and Accounting or related tertiary qualification; 3-4 years experience in the capacity of Finance Manager or equivalent within a 3 star or 4 star Hotel environment; Professional Disposition and conflict resolution abilities; Strong leadership skills; Ability to operate within a highly pressurized fast paced / changing environment; Ability to use Initiative and be proactive and self-driven; Strong and effective planning and organizing skills to ensure operational efficiencies, effectiveness and meet deadlines; Effective business partnering with stakeholders, management and associates; Effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels; Experience and Proficiency in Hotel Software Systems, (Procurement and Cost Control Systems, IFCA Point of Sale, Opera PMS, etc); Proficiency with Online Banking Software and integration to Accounting Packages.

* Accounting Associate (Accounts Payable) *

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, any business course or equivalent experience; At least two (2) years experience in Accounts Payable processing; Knowledgeable in basic finance, tax and government regulations; Competence in financial and bookkeeping software; Attention to detail; Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.

* Store Room Associate *

High school Diploma or Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, any Business course or equivalent experience; At least two (2) years experience in the hotel industry; Proficient computer skills with the ability to update and maintain computer inventory records; Ability to read and prepare packing slips and labels; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Must be able to traverse the storeroom quickly and efficiently; Physically able to maintain storeroom inventory and cleanliness; Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.

* Chief Engineer *

Must be a Mechanical Engineer with good knowledge in electrical aspects or Equivalent; At least ten (10) years’ experience in hotel engineering; Exposure to work in the daily grind of hotel operation from different high stars hotels; With excellent management skills as they oversee the Unit Owners/ Developer; Demonstrable experience of leading an engineering function with a proven track record in strategic engineering, leadership, delivering effective engineering strategies, policies, processes and systems; Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements; Proven project management and supplier experience; Experience of operating and influencing at a strategic level; Knowledge and technical understanding of automotive processes, components and design techniques.
