* Welder *

Male; At least 1-year experience; With NCII certificate/training certificates is an advantage; Knowledge in metal fabrication/SMAW/fit-up; Knowledge in Pipes, Metal Sheet Lay-out, Designs, Fabricates, Joins, and Repair equipment, Fixtures, and Structures by using various Welding Techniques; With good working attitude and can work under pressure.



* Painter *

Male; Graduate of High School or any Vocational Courses; With at least two (2) years working experience in this field; Training/certification to manage lead paint is a plus; Working knowledge and abilities on removal of old paint and proper disposal, remodeling/repair of drywall and sub-surfaces, selecting, mixing, and various finishes to the required color or finish, and application of various finishes using brushes, rollers, sprayers; Ability to estimate jobs; With good working attitude and can work under pressure.

With experience as helper to skilled foreman/carpenter/painter/maintenance; Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks; Able to follow work instructions properly; Punctual and reliable.

* Line Cook *

Male; Excellent customer service focus and communication skills; Should have all certifications required to handle food; With experience in the same field; Must be able to “prep” food products, using standardized food preparation techniques; Has the ability to interpret/extract information and/or perform arithmetic functions; Able to expand/condense recipes; Physically fit; Flexible; Must have a related culinary degree; Schedule varies according to business demands and needs.



* Company Nurse *

Male/Female; Should have all certifications required for an occupational nurse; Must be detail oriented, have ability to multitask and possess great interpersonal skills; With active license as registered nurse; With good verbal and written communication skills; At least two (2) years working experience in related field is required; Capable on handling pressures and multiple tasks; Physically fit; Flexible; Schedule varies according to business demands and needs.
