**NAKAYAMA INDUSTRIES INC.**

* Production Manager *

Male / Female; Graduate of any Engineering course preferably Mechanical and familiar with CNC Machine; At least five (5) years’ experience and above as a Senior Supervisor or Manager in a manufacturing company; Work independently and in a team environment to achieve company goals and objective and complete assignment within established time frame; Demonstrate competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external various level of personnel; Must have a clear vision to strategically plan and prepare ahead of time the required people, material, equipment, and process for the new upcoming projects; Versatile and flexible to adopt himself in any kind of demand and situational changes; Enforce strict but fair administration; Develop and maintain harmonious and excellent working relationship with all assigned levels within and outside the company; Plan, organize, direct and control overall production operation to achieve high quality product; Maximize the productivity of the workforce and deliver the product on time.

* Production Engineer *

Male / Female; Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related course; Familiarity with CAD Software; Must have good analytical and communication skills; With good moral character and interpersonal skills; Willing to render overtime and work during holidays.

* Production Leader *

Male / Female; Graduate of any 4 year course; At least 1 year experience and above as a Leader is a manufacturing company; Must be computer literate; With good verbal and written communication skills; With strong personality; With good working attitude and moral character; Willing to work for long term.

* Quality Assurance Engineer *

Male / Female; Graduate of Industrial Engineering course or any related course; With experience in a manufacturing company preferably in Quality Assurance is advantage; Can read technical drawings and must be computer literate; Must have good analytical and communication skills; With good moral character and interpersonal skills; Willing to overtime and work during holidays.

* Skilled Operator *

Male; With experience in manufacturing company; Must have good analytical and interpersonal skills; Willing to render overtime and work during holidays; Knows how to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problem in machine.
